Simon Cowell is known for being a reality show mogul – he’s created American Idol, the X Factor, and America’s Got Talent. Now, it is being reported that Cowell actually wants Carmen Electra as one of the judges on America’s Got Talent. According to reports, Cowell was trying to get Electra last season, but it didn’t go through because the network didn’t agree with the decision. However, Cowell is still reportedly insistent that he would like her to join Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, and Sharon Osbourne. 
Now that Osbourne has quit the show, Huffington Post sources say that the likelihood of the Cowell calling Electra back is high. Last winter, the Post reported that Cowell said that he needed a new judge who would be able to hold her own against Mandel and Stern, but younger, someone who was a female, and “Someone who will not be afraid of Sharon [Osbourne] and Howard and fight for a different type of act than they would.”
However, there’s still time for Cowell to change his mind as nothing is as of yet confirmed. Both Mandel and Stern are not confirmed to return for the next season yet, and so Cowell may have to start searching for three judges instead of just one.
