We are just a few moths away from the big release of the eagerly anticipated movie sequel Star Trek Into Darkness and the date cannot come soon enough for some of us. The last Star Trek movie proved to be a huge success and it seems that the sequel is going to be even bigger.

Every time we see a new trailer or poster or production still, or anything to do with Star Trek Into Darkness, our excitement levels go through the roof an it takes a while to come back down. They certainly know how to build up a fans anticipation and make sure that we all head into the theatre to see it.
The trailers have been fantastic and the tone of Benedict Cumberbatch's voice in the trailers send chills down the spine. We cannot wait to see him taking on Chris Pine's Captain Kirk and seeing Kirk come into his own and prove that he truly is worthy of that Captain's chair.

Star Trek Into Darkness will star Anton Yelchin, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Pine, John Cho, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Zachary Quinto and Zoe Saldana. J.J. Abrams is once again directing the movie, which is set to hit the big screen on May 17 in both the US and the UK.
