While the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been sharing its big screen characters with its small screen characters, having the two worlds interlink and overlap, it seems that Warner Bros. and DC have taken a different approach to their characters. We already know that we are going to see Ezra Miller playing Barry Allen aka The Flash on the big screen, while Grant Gustin plays the character on the small screen, with many similar things happening with other DC characters.
There has been a lot of talk about whether we will see the character Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow appearing in any of the upcoming DC movie projects, which would see the character being cast with a different actor to that of the TV version. Now, Stephen Amell, who plays the role on the small screen, has been talking about this possibility and Stephen has admitted that, while he does not expect it to happen any time soon, it would not have a problem with it.
Amell explained, "I do not have a right to Oliver Queen. Someone played it before me. Someone voiced it before me. Somebody will play it after me. I don’t believe that there are plans for Oliver Queen in the DC Extended Universe, based off things that people have told me, but I would not be upset if that changed at all."
There are plenty of upcoming comic book movies over the next few years, so if Warner Bros. and DC did decided to introduce Green Arrow into their movies, which actor would you like to see taking on the role on the big screen?
