Steve Jones reflects on The X Factor USA boot

Welsh television presenter Steve Jones has revealed that he does not hold anything against The X Factor USA boss Simon Cowell, even though he has been sacked as the host of the show. Steve claims that he learnt a lot while working in the US and even stated that he would jump at the chance to work with Simon Cowell again in the future.

Jones explained, "I have no hard feelings whatsoever towards Simon. It's a tough business and anyone trying to get into it should always keep in mind that it can go t**s up in a heartbeat. I'd work with Simon on the moon if given the chance." He then admitted that he has thoroughly enjoyed his time working in America.

Steve added, "I loved working in LA. The best bit was working, the worst bit was not working. I have made some great American friends and I have learned that America/Los Angeles is wicked." Since Steve Jones sacking as the host of The X Factor USA there have been a number of reports linking Dermot O’Leary to the job but Dermot has denied that he is interested, insisting he is happy in the UK.
