Simeon Jackson has signed a contract to play with Coventry City on a one year contract and the signing has not only satisfied manager Steven Pressley but it has also raised eyebrows with some footballer observers in England

The Coventry City manager wanted a striker who could bring explosive pace to the squad and also brings more competition for the strikers on the squad and the signing of the Canadian international accomplishes both. 
 
He is known for being able to score goals in a very impressive fashion and while it will take him approximately 2-3 weeks to get into game condition one thing that some footballer observers are anticipating is that he will quickly become a regular in the Coventry City squad because he has the talent and pace of a Premier League striker.

Manager Steven Pressley acknowledged that in a recent game on the weekend there were opportunities for the team to score but sometimes the squad just did not have the pace needed to take advantage of the openings and he is a player who will be able to make an opponent pay by putting the ball in the back of the net. 
 
It will be very interesting to see if opponents will be able to 'contain' this talented striker because to some footballer observers he represents the ultimate nightmare for opposing teams. A talented player who is approaching the prime years of his career who wants to prove to the footballer world that he can be a top-flight striker. This a combination that is the equivalent of placing a molotov cocktail (Simeon Jackson) in the middle of the pitch that only needs a match to light it on fire.
 
Simeon Jackson is now a member of Coventry City and he is a footballer who has the potential to become the nightmare for many opponents while bringing smiles to the fans of his new team with his pace and goal scoring ability.
