Rapper T.I. was released from Arkansas prison this morning and it did not take him long to reveal his joy at being a free man. T.I. was supposed to be serving an 11 month sentence and was not supposed to be released until September 29 but was granted early release.
T.I. has already taken to his official Twitter account to say, "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!" He then added, "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most."
T.I. was sent to prison on November 1, 2010, due to probation violation from his September 2010 drug arrest. It is now believed that, since he has been released early, he will complete the remainder of the sentence either under house arrest or at a half way house.
