Terry Crews talks The Expendables 2 PG-13 rating

It was revealed last month that The Expendables 2 would be given a PG-13 rating, much to the disappointment of money movies goers. Now, former NFL player turned Hollywood actor Terry Crews has been discussing the fact that The Expendables 2 will be rated a PG-13, in an attempt to calm down those who have been criticising the decision.

Crews official Facebook page states, “It’s PG-13. Do you really think only men 40 and over saw the first one? The kids bought tickets to “Eat Pray Love” and walked right into “The Expendables”. In fact, they were YOUR kids. I get it. I really do. But boobs and blood do not a good movie make. You don’t want to go. Don’t go. I respect it. But you will miss the greatest thing you’ve ever seen.”

As well as Terry Crews, The Expendables 2 will also star a number of action stars, including Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Liam Hemsworth, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li and Chuck Norris. The Expendables 2, is directed by Simon West and is set to be released on August 17, 2012.
