Kaley Cuoco, who plays Penny in the CBS hit show The Big Bang Theory, is among television's highest paid actresses.

She may not have received an acknowledgement at The Emmy Awards - while her co-star Mayim Bialik got a nod - but things are not looking too bad for the blonde haired beauty financially.
Kaley Christine Cuoco earned a more than respectable $8 million in the past 12 months, reports Forbes magazine. She is the youngest lady in a TV sitcom who made it on to the Forbes' list this year.
The 26-year-old, famous also for her role in 8 Simple Rules, earned as much as Desperate Housewives stars Teri Hatcher and Marcia Cross.
The other female comedy actresses who made it to the list are all over the age of 30.
They included Zooey Deschanel of New Girl, who earned one million dollars more than Kaley did, and Alyson Hannigan of How I Met Your Mother, who earned a million dollars less.
At the top of the 2011 list is Sofia Vergara, who plays Gloria Pritchett in ABC's Modern Family. She earned a staggering $19 million.
At the Season 4 finale, Penny is still upset with Leonard's proposal in bed. Then she gets herself inadvertently "burned" after telling Bernadette and Howard during their wedding that the place does not matter for an important event in a loving couple's journey together.

So will Penny change her mind and say "I do"?
Speaking to E! News, TBBT executive producer Bill Prady hints there will be no wedding bells for Leonard and Penny yet. They are, however, still together.
"I think that until she grows up a little bit - and I don't mean emotionally, I mean chronologically - I think they have challenges," he says.
