When it comes to the sexiest women in the world, there are a number of different publications who like to create their own lists and one of the women who regularly appears near the top of these lists is Hollywood star Jessica Alba. It is fair to say that Jessica Alba's body is one of the best in the business and her personal trainer Romona Braganza has revealed the secret to looking so great.
Braganza first spoke about the diet and eating habits of Jessica Alba, telling the MailOnline, "While it's fun to occasionally go for fancy diners, have dessert and a glass of wine, it's equally important to prepare most of your meals during the week. Jessica has always enjoyed cooking. She knows that by doing so she can control what goes into her food. She eats plenty of fruits and vegetables and enjoys most dishes. Jessica eats only until she is full then puts the fork down."
She then went on to talk about her fitness plans, adding, "My famous 3-2-1 training method is based on strength training and I always recommend lifting weights to my clients, including Jessica Alba, Halle Berry and most recently Paula Patton, and they still look shapely and feminine. Women don't need to worry about bulking up; hormonally women don't have enough testosterone to look like men. Halle Berry, Jessica Alba and Kate Beckinsale all lift weights and none look bulky but instead are enviably toned."
Jessica Alba will appear on the big screen later in the month, reprising her role as Nancy Callahan in the movie sequel Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, which will open on August 22 in the US, before then hitting the big screen in the UK on August 25.
