Last night’s Big Bang Theory was one of the better episodes of this season. The episode did focus on all the couples, and we finally saw a side of Howard that wasn’t creepy.
While Sheldon was depressed about his accidental discovery, Amy Farrah Fowler was having fantasies about kissing Sheldon. At the end of the episode we finally thought it was going to happen, although it was just a daydream.
Penny struggled to make a romantic gesture for Leonard. Throughout the episode her romancing fell apart, she was just trying too hard. She did redeem herself at the end. Penny pulled out a box and showed Leonard all the things he had given her over the years. For all the times they broke up, keeping these really showed Penny could be romantic.
While the gang prepared to sing a song for Bernadette, the night was supposedly ruined when she had an exposure at the lab. Everyone was disappointed until Howard came up with the idea to bring the night to Bernadette. Howard played a romantic, and nerdy, song through the speaker into Bernadette’s room. Finally, Howard was not creepy and showed his true romantic side.
