The Vampire Diaries star Joseph Morgan, who plays Klaus in the hit The CW vampire series, has been talking about what the rest of the season holds for his character. Joseph touched on the relationship between Klaus and Caroline (Candice Accola), admitting that Klaus is definitely interested in pursuing the relationship.
Morgan explained, "Klaus wants to believe he is, that he is someone capable of love. We’ll see how it plays out, but he’s definitely on board with the idea of being with her." He also admitted that Silas could be a big threat, "Klaus always likes to be the Alpha. He likes to be the strongest in the room and the most powerful. It’s worrying for him that there is a being out there capable of not only killing him, but making him believe he was dying.”
Joseph also spoke about Klaus relationship with Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Elijah (Daniel Gillies), “They’ve been at odds since she destroyed his ability to create any more hybrids. I always say this family is one that can do horrible things to each other, as long as no one else does anything to them. Then, suddenly, you’ll see how close they really are," he added.
The Vampire Diaries season four returns to The CW on April 18 with a brand new episode, following a two-week hiatus. The Vampire Diaries has been renewed for a fifth season by The CW, which is set to premiere later in the year.
