I managed to once again catch The X Factor this weekend and I cannot get over the lack of respect that the contestants seem to have for judges. They all seem to be getting a bit too big for their boots, especially that Frankie Cocozza who seems to think he’s some sort of rock star.
In the VT (that stands for video tape (cheers Keith)) it clearly shows Gary Barlow telling Frankie not to go out drinking during in the week. However, Cocozza chose to ignore Gary and even raised his glass to the camera and toasted Gary Barlow, a blatant up yours to his mentor.
Frankie Cocozza should be eternally grateful to Gary Barlow who has stuck by him even though he has been terrible so far, talking his words rather than speaking. How he was not in the bottom two again this week is amazing as he was simply awful.
Then there was his over the top, ridiculous celebration when his name was called out as being safe. The guy has clearly got above himself and seriously needs bringing down a peg or two. In 5-10 years time, Frankie Cocozza will just be remembered as the guy who got his bum out on The X Factor. Arriba!!
