49 year Mission: Impossible star Tom Cruise has hinted at the fact that he may be willing to return to the role of Ethan Hunt again in the future. Tom admitted that he thoroughly enjoys the Mission: Impossible movies and if they can get the right story together, he would be more than happy to continue making them.
Cruise explained, "I'll return if I can make 'em at a level I want to make 'em. Thing is, I've never wanted to compromise. If we can figure that out, I love making them. As a producer, they're a lot of fun. As an actor, they're really a blast and challenging." He then added, "I just remember watching it at home on television. I loved the music and the whole thing with the gadgets and the team and the places they would go to.”
Tom continued, "It was kind of a family event for us. When I went to Paramount the first time to produce it, they weren't really turning TV series into movies, but I was pretty excited about it.” Tom Cruise can currently be seen on the big screen in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, which has already been receiving rave reviews and has been quite a hit at the box office.
