When the first Harry Potter movie was released, it made instant superstars out of the young stars who were leading the way in movies. While it is fair to say that the biggest three stars in the Harry Potter films were Daniel Radcliffe, who played Harry Potter, Emma Watson, who played Hermione Granger, and Rupert Grint, who played Ron Weasley, there were still plenty of other impressive young stars.
One of our favourite characters in the Harry Potter movies was Draco Malfoy and actor Tom Felton gave some fantastic performances as the young villain. Tom was more than convincing as the nasty little wizard and many people would give the actor some stick in the street, a sign that he has played his role well. We became big fans of Felton in the Harry Potter days and still are to this day.
Since the Harry Potter movie franchise came to an end, Tom Felton has not quite enjoyed the huge successes on the big screen, that the likes of Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe have, but he has still been working hard in the acting industry. We have since seen Tom appearing in movies such as Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Apparition, and Belle, among others.
Meanwhile, Tom Felton will next be seen in the movie Clavius, which co-stars Joseph Fiennes, Cliff Curtis and Peter Firth. Tom has also been linked to a role in the movie Fangs of War, alongside Christopher Walken. Then there is the movie Erasure, which also stars Tommy Flanagan, Leo Gregory, and Tom Hopper and is aiming for a 2016 release.
We have enjoyed watching Tom Felton grow and mature as an actor over the years and look forward to seeing his future projects hitting the big screen.
