British actor Tom Hiddleston has become one of the most sought after actors on the planet in recent years, mainly thanks to his fantastic performances as Loki in both Thor and The Avengers. While we are set to see Tom as Loki for a third time, later this year, he has also been very busy making a number of other movies.
Tom Hiddleston plays a vampire
One such movie is the drama Only Lovers Left Alive, which sees Tom Hiddleston starring alongside Tilda Swinton as a vampire. While not a great deal is known about this movie, it is clear that taking the vampire hype and adding the Tom Hiddleston hype is a stroke of genius. Now, a picture of Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton in Only Lovers Left Alive has been released and Tom looks almost unrecognisable.
As well as starring Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton, Only Lovers Left Alive also stars Mia Wasikowska, John Hurt and Anton Yelchin. Only Lovers Left Alive is directed by Jim Jarmusch, based on the screenplay that he developed himself, and is yet to confirm an official release date for the UK or the US, although it is expected to be late this year or early 2014.
