British actor Tom Hiddleston has become a household name, thanks in no small part to his portrayal of the character Loki in the Thor movies and The Avengers film. While Tom has also appeared in a number of other roles and will appear in many more in the future, he will forever be remembered as Loki.
However, there is another iconic role that Tom Hiddleston admits that he would love to get the chance to play and that is none other than James Bond. Daniel Craig is expected to continue as James Bond for the next few movies but Tom would certainly be a worthy replacement.
Hiddleston was on the red carpet for the 2013 Jameson Empire Awards, when he explained, “I'm such a huge fan of James Bond...I'd like to hope that I could attempt to bring a sort of British charm [to the role of 007]”
You can next catch Tom Hiddleston on the big screen, playing Loki for the third time, in the Marvel movie sequel Thor: The Dark World, which will see him again starring alongside Chris Hemsworth as Thor. Thor: The Dark World is set to be released on October 30 in the UK and on November 8 in the US.
