Hollywood continues to grow, getting bigger and bigger every year, as more and more people decide to chase their dream of becoming a Hollywood A-List star. Sandra Oh is a Hollywood star
It is fair to say that one of the biggest Asian actresses in Hollywood would have to be the beautiful and talented Lucy Liu. Lucy was born to immigrant parents in Queens and has always tried to stay close to her heritage. While she was once restricted to "ethnic" roles, Lucy is now considered one of the leading actresses in Hollywood.
Actress Freida Pinto is one of many women who have made the transition from model to actress,after spending two years on the modelling circuit in Mumbai. Veteran directed Danny Boyle then cast Freida in the role of Latika in his movie Slumdog Millionaire and the star has not looked back since.
Jamie Chung is a talented actress
Another actress who started out in a different area of the entertainment industry is Sandra Oh, who actually first fell in love with ballet, before eventually falling in love with acting at the National Theatre School in Montreal. Sandra has appeared in many television shows and movies over the years but is probably best known for her role in Grey's Anatomy.
Other top Asian actress in Hollywood at the moment including the gorgeous and excellent Jamie Chung, while former Smallville star Kristin Kreuk, who was born to a Dutch father and Chinese mother, is also working hard at the acting game.
