Tracy Anderson, Jennifer Lopez’s trainer, speaks to Hollywood Life about J. Lo’s workout secrets. Jennifer, who strips down in the Jason Statham movie ‘Parker’ and has an upcoming tour, explains that she herself understands the importance of looking fit for her fans. She adds, “I have a lot of love for those people in the audience every night. They got up, bought a ticket, sometimes stood for hours and even if I don’t feel like I have the smile in me, I feel like they deserve my best. I’m very conscious of that.”

Tracy explains how Jennifer manages to stay in such amazing shape, saying, “When someone’s preparing for tours and giving energy to that many people, they can’t be out of shape. Her workouts have to give her the ability to have endurance for the show.  We don’t want to change her sexy body. We wanted to design a workout to keep her sexy butt toned!” 
 
Tracy goes into specifics, adding, “We change the workout every 10 workouts. That’s the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days.” She continues, “She needs to get her exercise in one hour each day. 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of muscular structure.”

Anyone can get J. Lo’s body if they really try, Tracy adds. She adds that exercise can be tough, but anyone can do it. “It’s like learning a new skill. It is possible. There’s not a woman’s body I can’t change!”
