It is fair to say that the career of Mark Wahlberg has been a very interesting one to date, with the singer rising to stardom with Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, before then making the move into acting, becoming one of the most sought after actors in Hollywood. Mark has had a very interesting life all in all and he has opened up about it a little.
Mark Wahlberg was one of the stars to enjoy the more wilder side of the fame game in his younger years but, as he has grown up, Mark has become a much more mature man. He has now admitted that he hopes to set a good example to the younger stars in Hollywood and hopes he is seen as a good role model.
Wahlberg explained, "You also have kids in a business that is tempting and has tainted many a young man and woman. Having had that experience myself and now being older and wiser, you want to set a good example and set the tone for everybody else in the movie. I am trying to show people that anything is possible through hard work and more importantly, how a family is."
Now that Transformers: Age of Extinction has been released, Mark Wahlberg will now be looking ahead to the release of his upcoming movie projects, with a number of films in production and in development right now. The film we are most looking forward to seeing is the Entourage movie, which will see Mark Wahlberg playing himself, while also serving as a producer on the film.
The Entourage movie will open on June 12, 2015 in the US, before then hitting the big screen in the UK on June 19, 2015.
