Rapper and actor Trey Songz has decided that a change of scenery is in order and has moved in to a new house in Hollywood Hills, California. Trey clearly has plenty of money to his name, as he will be splashing out an incredible $35,000 a month for the new mansion.

He will be in good company too, as Trey Songz has moved in next door to fellow music maker Ne-Yo. Could we see a new Trey Songz and Ne-Yo collaboration coming soon? One thing is for sure, Trey will certainly have plenty of room to do what he likes in this new mansion.
The 13,000 square foot home, which Trey will move into on April 1, boasts 10-bedrooms, 12-bathrooms, a gym, and a movie theater, as well as a pool on the rooftop and wrap-around balconies. The mansion is one of four identally built buildings, which are all built by the same person.

As for Trey Songz career, he has been dabbling in a bit of acting of late, appearing in the highly successful Texas Chainsaw 3D, which made $23m on its opening weekend. Trey will next appear in the movie Baggage Claim, starring alongside Paula Patton, Adam Brody and Djimon Hounsou and released on October 25.
