When it comes to writing, whether it be a new novel, a short story, or a screenplay, they say that it is always good to draw from what you know, including life experiences and the people you have met along the way. Some people go back to those happy moments in their life, to bring us a joyful and uplifting movie, while others go to those dark places that they fought through to become the person they are today.

Pretty Little Liars beauty Troian Bellisario stars in the upcoming new movie Feed, which she also penned the screenplay for and the beautiful actress has been talking about the inspiration behind the new film. Troian says that she wanted to make a movie that would make people more aware and give them a better understanding of eating disorders.
Bellisario explained, "I found there were so many people who thought that it was about losing weight or being skinny, and I couldn't quite get them to understand that it was about control on a very, very literal level. I couldn't get anyone -- even the people who loved me the most, even my boyfriend or my mother or my father -- to understand what that experience was truly like for me."

She added, "It was like engaging with an addiction. One of the things I really wanted the film to explore was that once you have this relationship, once you have this mental illness or this disease, it never really goes away."
Feed has been directed by Tommy Bertelsen and is set to hit the big screen on July 18.
