Singer and X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has hit out at claims that she has put on a bit too much weight. It was recently suggested that Tulisa had become a little overweight and that she had turned to her footballer boyfriend Danny Simpson for advice on how to shed those extra pounds.

However, Tulisa has now claimed that these weight gain rumours are ridiculous, pointing to the fact that the next day, pictures of her looking her normal self were released. Tulisa took to her official Twitter account to explain, "story this week sayin Im a size 12 askin my boyfriend how 2 diet,yet theres a pic of me in LA 2day as a size 8.Lol back 2 the drawing board!"
It is not the first time that Tulisa has had to come out and criticise false stories this week, after she recently denied reports that she had been sacked from The X Factor. Tulisa says that she has had meetings with show producers and that nothing official has yet been decided.

It is unlikely that we will hear anything solid and official about next seasons X Factor judging panel until closer to the new season. However, it was thought that Tulisa Contostavlos was being axed from the show, with a number of names, including that of Cher Lloyd, being linked to the job.
