Two and a Half Men returned to CBS on Monday night and even though Charlie Sheen was no longer a part of the show, that did not put off the fans. An incredible 28.7 million people tuned in to CBS to see the funeral of Charlie (Charlie Sheen) and the arrival of Walden (Ashton Kutcher).
The figures are a record high for Two and a Half Men and Ashton Kutcher’s performance proved that the show has clearly night died along with Charlie. Ashton has been receiving rave reviews for his debut on the show and the premiere was surprisingly enjoyable.
Entertainment Weekly's Ken Tucker stated, "Kutcher's performance was good, nearly as poker-faced fine as Sheen's was ... Kutcher will probably prove just as skilled." His performance has even been compared to that of his That 70s Show character Kelso. Two and a Half Men airs on CBS every Monday night.
