This little dude packs a supersized amount of celebrity! While Verne Troyer's film resume is extensive, his role as Dr. Evil's miniature clone, Mini-me, in the classic Austin Powers films is arguably his most notable appearance, having propelled him into stardom. The talented actor's recent stay at the D Casino Hotel in Las Vegas certainly augments the property's reputation as a celebrity hot spot!
"Mini-me" challenged his famous nickname when he scarfed down a mighty 32oz Tomahawk rib-eye steak, the signature entree from Andiamo Italian Steakhouse, the D's highly regarded restaurant. Cameras were a necessity when it came to chronicling this kind of feat.
The photos did not disappoint, as they were a highlight reel of Verne VS. Tomahawk, from presentation to annihilation!
Afterwards, Troyer was caught working off his meal on the D casino's TMZ themed slot machines. We couldn't help but wonder if those slots could detect when a player has actually appeared on the hit TV show!
The news spread fast as fans gathered in the casino to get a selfie with the beloved actor. That's what he gets by testing his luck with TMZ! What a fun night in downtown Las Vegas!
