We live in an age where more marriages end in divorce than ever before, so it is always nice to see a high-profile couple lasting the test of time and having a long and happy marriage together. Victoria Beckham and David Beckham have been married since 1999 and have four children together and Victoria has opened up about parenting and her children.
Beckham was a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, when she explained, "For me and David, we work a lot, but the kids are everything to us. We are very, very present. I think it's important that the kids have a good work ethic and try to help other people as well."
She then went on to talk about her daughter Harper, adding "She's amazing. All our kids are amazing. I mean, they're really good kids. You know, they work hard at school. They're happy. They're funny. They are just really good kids, and she's so great. The boys are great with her. She's a little tomboy. You know, she loves to wear little dresses, but then, she loves to put her football boots on and get in the garden with her brothers, and have a little rough and tumble. Which I think is great."
As for her oldest son Brooklyn, Victoria revealed how she and David are not giving their kids everything they want and are actually making them work to learn the value of money, with Brooklyn having a part-time job, "He's worked in the local café cleaning up dishes for the last two years, which I think is great," she continued.
The Beckhams have certainly done a great job raising their children and they all seem very well-mannered and polite. Keep up the good work guys.
