Vin Diesel is both the star and producer of the "Fast and the Furious" film franchise and he definitely knows how to say thank you for a great time. The cast of the "Fast & Furious 7" recently completed filming the movie in Dubai and during their time in the United Arab Emirates he and his colleagues were constantly posting pictures of themselves at clubs, parks and landmarks wherever they visited.
Vin Diesel as 'Dominic Torretto' in Fast & Furious

It is apparent from the pictures that the actor thoroughly enjoyed his time in Dubai and the hospitality provided them was enhanced by the efforts of the Dubai princess, her highness Sheika Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashind Al Maktwon. It is highly unlikely that they would have had access to the landmarks and parks needed for filming without her approval or help and it seems that over the course of filming she became friends with Vin Diesel, his family and the cast and crew of "Fast & Furious 7".

Vin Diesel was very grateful for her assistance and he said thank you in a way that every fan of the "Fast & Furious" franchise can appreciate: he left her a black Dodge Challenger, the car that is synonymous with his "Dominic Toretto" character, a signed CD, a postcard and a handwritten note that read "To my extended family in Dubai, thank you for the love ... your friend always."

It is this type of gesture that distinguishes Vin Diesel from the average actor/producer. Instead of a phone call or a simple letter he left something that will resonate with the Princess every time she looks at the Dodge Challenger and thinks of the time that he and his team filmed in Dubai.

The great actors/producers, those who are most successful, always seem to do something out of the ordinary that leaves a memorable positive impression and Vin Diesel, a great actor/producer did this with his classy thank you to the Dubai princess for her hospitality of him and his extended family, the cast and crew of "Fast & Furious 7".
