Vittoria Puccini is similar to the person who she will be playing in her next movie "Oriana Fallac"i in that she is constantly in the spotlight for her exceptional work. The Italian actress has agreed to play the part of Oriana Fallaci, the strong and courageous journalist who many feel may have been too far ahead of her time.

She reported on everything ranging from the Vietnam war to the landing on the moon and interviewed many people. What entertainment insiders remember about this journalist is that while she was one of the few women journalists she did not let that prevent her from asking the questions that needed to be asked despite the unwillingness or fear of some of her colleagues to do so.

Many wonder if the life and work of the exceptional journalist can be communicated in a two part television mini-series but similar to the journalist Vittoria Puccini does not avoid controversy and she believes that the story is so important that it deserves to be told and not forgotten.

Interestingly, the actress reminisced in an interview about the filming of this mini series as one that was enriching but tiring due to all the research she had to perform to be able to play the part of this strong and courageous woman.

The film "Oriana Fallaci" will soon be appearing on television but she has already moved on to preparing for her next role which will be a move to the stage and live performances, a first for her of which there might be more than one as she revealed that she has an interest in acting in Hollywood.

Entertainment insiders suspect that once the American filmmakers have the opportunity to see the beauty and dramatic range that Vittoria Puccini brings to a role she might soon be receiving offers from Hollywood which will provide her the opportunity to make one of her dreams a reality.
