Who remembers a couple of years back, when High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens declared her dedication to her art, by chopping off her hair for a movie role? Vanessa was constantly snapped with her new short hair and it was the talk of Hollywood for quite some time.

Vanessa Hudgens cut her lovely long locks, really short for her role in the movie Gimme Shelter and it showed exactly what she was willing to do for the sake of making a good movie. Hudgens was devastated by the fact that she had her beautiful hair cut off but knew that it was the right move to take.
Gimme Shelter finished filming way back in 2011, so it is rather surprising that we have not yet seen the release of the movie. After seeing all of those images of Vanessa Hudgens looking rough, from the set of the movie, we were eagerly anticipating the release of Gimme Shelter, but it has yet to come.

There has been talk of Gimme Shelter finally being released later this year, although it has yet to be given an official release date, so we could still be waiting for some time yet. Gimme Shelter will also star Rosario Dawson, James Earl Jones and Brendan Fraser.
