Marvel movies are taking over Hollywood at the moment, with an average of two movies released every year. Later this month we have The Avengers heading our way and then after that it will be Iron Man 3, followed by Thor 2 and then Captain America 2.

The question is, who will be directing the Captain America sequel, as it appears that Joe Johnston, who directed Captain America, will not be returning to helm Captain America 2. Well Vulture have reportedly gotten their hands on the director shortlist for Captain America 2.
The first name on the list is F. Gary Gray, whose work includes The Italian Job, Law Abiding Citizen and The Negotiator. Then there is George Nolfi, who is better known for his writing than his directing, although he did director last year’s The Adjustment Bureau.

Finally there is Anthony and Joe Russo, who have directed the movies You, Me and Dupree and Welcome to Collingwood. To be honest, none of the aforementioned directors really fit the bill for us but Marvel still have plenty of time to choose the right person for the job.
Who do you think should direct Captain America 2?
