The Walking Dead returns to AMC this Sunday after a few months on hiatus. The mid-season finale shocked a lot of fans with the death of two main characters, and a possible death of a third. However, sources have been revealing little bits and pieces about the back half of Season 4, with the remaining eight episodes. According to reports, another main character death is set for this upcomign arc of episodes, and it will be a character death that will shock everybody.
Certain sources say that this death is of a character that's still alive in the comics, and the only main characters that are alive on the TV show and still alive in the comics are Carl, Rick, Maggie, and Michonne. It's very unlikely that they'll kill Carl or Rick, and they don't seem to have established Michonne's character enough to have her killed off so soon. That leaves Maggie, although that's sure to break fans' hearts.
Steven Yeun, who also plays Maggie's partner Glenn on the show, revealed recently in an interview, "You know, it's a beautiful story wrapped in such a desolate theme. I think people are really going to see the true love those two characters have for each other at the second half of the season."
Glenn and Maggie are currently separated from each other following the devastating attack on the prison and Hershel's untimely death, and Lauren Cohan revealed in an interview that Maggie would be channeling all her grief at her father's death and her separation from Glenn into anger.
