Being a Hollywood power couple means that you are always going to get subjected to split rumours but it seems that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have to put up with it more than most. Just as one lot of split rumours surrounding the couple die down, another one pops up in its place.

Will and Jada have denied rumours of a split for years now but, no matter what, they will just not go away. The latest split rumour has emerged, after the news that Will and Jada have decided to put their luxury mansion on the market for an estimated $42m.
The house, which is located near Calabasas, was reportedly bought for $20m, before the couple had to wait for seven years to move in, as they were having extensive redevelopments done on the property. Will and Jada share the home with their children Jaden 15 and Willow 12.

While it has been suggested that the house sale must mean that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith are splitting up, the couple still have a number of other properties. They have a few properties in Pennsylvania, as well as a home in Los Angeles and a horse friendly estate which they lived in while their dream home was being built.
