It is not the first time that Will Smith has appeared in a movie with his son Jaden Smith after the two had a successful outing together in the touching 2006 movie The Pursuit of Happyness. Now, Will and Jaden are set to appear on the big screen together again.

Will Smith and Jaden Smith will star alongside each other in the M. Night Shyamalan movie After Earth and now the first trailer for the movie has been released. The Smith family will be hoping that M. Night Shyamalan is back to his best after a less than impressive The Last Airbender.
After Earth centres around a father, who is played by Will Smith, and his son, played by Jaden Smith, who crash-land on a post apocalyptic planet Earth. The father gets badly injured which leaves it down to the son to fight to save himself and his dad.

As well as starring Will Smith and Jaden Smith, After Earth also stars Zoe Kravitz, Sophie Okonedo, and Isabelle Fuhrman. The script for After Earth was penned by Stephen Gaghan (Traffic) and Gary Whitta (The Book of Eli) and the film is set to be released on June 7, 2013. Now, check out the trailer below.
