Woody Harrelson praises every aspect of The Hunger Games
Hollywood actor Woody Harrelson is set to appear on the big screen in one of the biggest movies to be released this year. Woody will be portraying the character Haymitch, the mentor of Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in the upcoming movie The Hunger Games and Woody has been praising everything about the movie, from the costumes to the director.
Harrelson explained, “Every aspect of production is impressive… wardrobe, hair, make-up… When you see what form it takes, it’s amazing, unique and totally original. Even a glass is not just a normal glass, they don’t do anything normal. When you get to the Capitol, everything is different – even ice! It’s pretty cool.”
He added, “I just wanted to work with Gary Ross, I think he’s a great filmmaker. That was my initial excitement about doing this project, and then I read the book. You start and within a couple of chapters you’re on the edge of your seat. I was psyched I’d agreed to do it.” You can see Woody Harrelson starring alongside, Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, when The Hunger Games is released on March 23.
