If you were born in the early 80s you will know all about The Land Before Time movies. The Land Before Time was an animated family adventure movie, which went on to have about ten sequels or so, with the last one being released in 2007.

Now it appears that a new The Land Before Time movie is set to be made and this time the dinosaurs are set to be real. Well, as real as they can be. The Land Before Time movie is set to be filmed using CGI and it seems that some of Hollywood’s top stars are lining up to voice the characters.
Zac Efron has clearly got the voice over bug since voicing the character Ted for Dr Seuss’ The Lorax. It has been claimed that Zac is eager to voice one of the lead characters, while Dakota Fanning is also keen to be involved in the movie, as is Robert De Niro.

The Land Before Time CGI movie is set to be based on the first in the animated series of movies, with a few minor changes in places. With a decent budget in place and a number of Hollywood stars keen to be involved, this could just work.
