One Direction recently headed to Ghana, as part of the Red Nose Day campaign and they got to see exactly how bad things are over there. The boys met a number of people, including a lot of sick children and some young babies who had lost their mothers.

The trip clearly affected all of the One Direction lads quite deeply but it was Zayn Malik who seemed to be affected by it all the most. A video of One Direction visiting Ghana has now been posted online and the end shows Zayn Malik crying over the sick children in Ghana.
At the start of the video, Zayn starts out in quite a positive mood and clearly has no real idea what he is in for. Obviously we have all seen the pictures and videos on television but to actually be there in person is a completely different experience all together.

As the video goes on, you can see that Zayn is starting to realise just how bad these young children in Ghana have it and it all becomes too much, as Zayn Malik cries about what he has seen.
One Direction have recorded the track One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) as the official song for Red Nose Day's Comic Relief, which airs on BBC One on March 15. For now though, check out the video of Zayn Malik crying tears for Ghana's sick children, below.
