Young and talented British star Zayn Malik was a member of the biggest boyband on the planet, One Direction before deciding to quit the boyband a few weeks ago. Since then, there has been a lot of talk about how the singer is going to cope on his own but Take That singer Gary Barlow has given him some words of support, with Gary insisting Zayn will be just fine.
Barlow was talking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, when he said to them, "It's easier for the band to cope with but harder for (Zayn) going off on his own. I don't know what his character is but being in a group like that is a big high. However, he seems to have good people around him and family, so I am sure he will be fine."
As well as speaking about Zayn Malik and the fact that he thinks the young man will cope just fine following his One Direction exit, Gary Barlow also went on to talk about what he thought would happen with the rest of the boyband. Gary has had first hand experience with band members leaving, with his band Take That, and Gary believes One Direction will be just fine.
Barlow added, "We have been a five-piece, then we were down to four and now there are just the three of us ... but our fans have been there for us the whole time. I imagine (One Direction's) fans are very similar."
It is going to be interesting to see what the future holds for Zayn Malik and where his career will take him next, while it is also interesting to see how long One Direction will continue on as a four-piece, before deciding to call it a day all together.
