Earlier this year Terrence Malick finished filming his latest, as of yet, untitled movie and one name on the cast list caught our eye. Amanda Peet. We were unsure that Amanda was even still acting these days, as she has not been in a movie since last Decembers big budget disappointment, Gulliver’s Travels.
However, it appears that Peet is still getting by and is set to appear in the Terrence Malick movie, when it finally gets a title and is released next year. It is an impressive role for Amanda, as she gets to star alongside a whole host of big name Hollywood stars, although Gulliver’s Travels had a few and that was average at best.
Also starring in the untitled Terrence Malick project are, Rachel McAdams, Rachel Weisz, Michael Sheen, Jessica Chastain and Ben Affleck. With those names in mind the movie should be fairly impressive and could be a platform to raise Amanda Peet into the big time.
