We all have our own different methods when it comes to parenting and, while some search high and low to find the best techniques and methods for raising their children, there are others who seem to take to it naturally. People love to talk about how great their children are and how amazing they are, but you do not hear enough about their kids being a pain in the bum, which can make some of us feel a bit inadequate in our parenting techniques.

Hollywood actress Amy Poehler has two beautiful young children with her ex husband Will Arnett, an eight year old son named Archie and a six-year-old named Abel. Amy has now opened up about her own personal parenting skills and, after admitting that she feels like kids get away with far too much these days, the star did insist that she is definitely the boss in her home.
Poehler was chatting to Entertainment Tonight, when she shared, "Not too tough, but tough enough. I might be a little old school. I'm not very indulgent. I think children are given a lot of leeway and a lot of license to feel a lot of feelings and say what they want. That doesn't really happen in my home so much. Everybody, I'm the boss."

As far as her acting career is concerned, Amy Poehler will star alongside fellow superstar Will Ferrell in the upcoming new movie The House, which has been directed by Andrew Jay Cohen, who also had a hand in penning the screenplay for the movie, along with Brendan O'Brien. The House is set to hit the big screen on June 30 in both the US and the UK.
