With the amount of children that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have, it is only natural that some of them would follow their parents into the entertainment industry and, unsurprisingly, even appear with one of their parents in the same movie. Last year we saw Maddox Jolie-Pitt appear with Brad Pitt in the movie World War Z, and this year we will see Vivienne Jolie-Pitt appear with Angelina Jolie in Maleficent.

Angelina Jolie is Maleficent
Angelina Jolie plays the lead role in Maleficent and she has revealed how they came to see Vivienne as being ideal for the role of a young Aurora. While Angelina was keen to get Vivienne cast in the role, she has admitted that she first had to go home and talk to her husband Brad Pitt about the decision.
Jolie told Collider, "We realised that there was no way that we were going to find a four or five-year-old that I could be as strong with, that would not see me as a monster. Suddenly, there was Vivi, running around looking like little Aurora and everybody thought, 'Oh, the answer is right there.' But then, I had to go home and talk to dad. It's our kid, so it's so sweet. The idea of it was so cute to us, as mummy and daddy. But then, there was the fact that she would be in a film. All of that took us a second."

She added, "The first day was the day that she had to catch the butterfly, and she just really didn't feel like doing it. I actually was holding the pole with the ball on the end, and bouncing up and down and dancing, trying to make her laugh. And daddy was on the edge of the cliff that she had to jump off, making faces and doing all of these things. And her brothers and sisters were egging her on. She eventually did it, but she was taking her sweet time, and didn't want to do it twice, certainly."
As well as starring Angelina Jolie and featuring Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, the Maleficent cast also includes Elle Fanning, Sharlto Copley, Lesley Manville, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple, Sam Riley and Brenton Thwaites. Maleficent is directed by Robert Stromberg and will open on May 28 in both the US and the UK.
