There has always been a lot of pressure on women in the entertainment industry to look good, with there being plenty of focus on the weight of the stars, who are always being judged by the public. Hollywood actress Anna Paquin recently got attacked by some Twitter trolls over her weight and her appearance, and Anna has now hit back at these mean cowards.
Anna took to her official Twitter account to say, "Fun fact: Wearing a dress that is not skintight=Pregnant/invites people 2 call u (sic) fat. I'm neither so thanks 4 (sic) that." Following that, Paquin then returned to Twitter to add, "dear mother nature, people who bravely hide behind computers and pass judgement have informed me my pale skin and dark hair=old/ugle (ugly)/harsh."
This led to a number of her fans and followers sending her messages of support, which she was happy to receive, although it was not exactly what she was aiming for with her comments. The actress replied to the positive comments by saying "sorry if this feels like blatant compliment fishing, really not my intention but do appreciate the love (sic)"
As far as her acting career is concerned, Anna Paquin has been proving her talent on both the big screen and the small screen since she was just a young girl, giving us plenty of fantastic performances along the way. Anna has a number of new projects coming out, with the star being linked to her directorial debut for the planned movie The Pink Hotel, which she is also writing and producing.
