Antonella Barba is a former American Idol contender from sixth season of American Idol. Barba was one of the top 24 contenders but was eliminated shortly after obtaining this position. Since her departure from American Idol she hasn’t continued on in music.

Barba like so many other people who try to make it big in show business has not been able to capitalize upon the exposure that she received from American Idol. Honestly, most people realize that it is not easy to become a star in today’s culture. The competition is extremely tough and just about any body with a video camera, a decent voice and access to the internet can now become the next big thing. Antonella Barba apparently didn’t have a plan B in case her Idol dreams did not materialize.
To Barba’s credit she has appeared on Fear Factor but was eliminated in the first round when her partner quit. Barba also appears in a documentary film about the Jersey Shore that wasn’t a big success. So now Antonella Barba is supposedly doing jingles in her own singing telegraph business. To her credit, Barba is a beautiful young lady who could probably find work as a model.

People discovered how sexy and good she looks when a set of pictures surfaced during her Idol competition. Even though these pictures reveal a hot and lusty Barba, they might have helped to cast her into a negative light. Hopefully, Antonella Barba can find success as an entertainer since she loves sing and perform.
