Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher has revealed how he ended up in hospital, due to the diet that he was on for his role in the movie jOBS. Ashton had to slim down to play Steve Jobs and he has admitted that things took a turn for the worse, leaving him in hospital.

Kutcher explained, “The fruitarian diet can lead to like severe issues. I went to the hospital two days before we started shooting the movie. I was doubled over in pain. My pancreas levels were like completely out of whack. It was really terrifying, considering everything.”
Fortunately, Ashton Kutcher managed to fully recover and complete the filming of the movie jOBS, although it has received some negative feedback. One such criticism comes from Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, who says that the story is completely wrong, “I’m not even sure what it’s getting at,” he stated.

As well as starring Ashton Kutcher, jOBS also stars Josh Gads, Dermot Mulroney, Amanda Crew and James Woods. jOBS is directed by Joshua Michael Stern and is set to be released on April 19 in the US, although an official release date for the UK has yet to be confirmed.
