It was a rather interest weekend that has just passed, with the rumour mill working over time, giving us some very interesting new rumours, while also seeing the reigniting of some that had only just started to die down. One such rumour, that has been doing the rounds for a while now, was about the state of the relationship between singer Avril Lavigne and her husband Chad Kroeger.

There had been a lot of rumours over the course of the past few weeks and months, which suggested that Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger had hit a rough patch and we looking at the possibility of splitting up and, ultimately getting a divorce. While these rumours had quitened down a little recently, the events of this weekend have seen them come back to the forefront.
Avril Lavigne turned 30 on Saturday and decided to celebrate the big day in style, heading to Las Vegas with friends and partying the night away, while looking absolutely stunning at the same time. However, Chad Kroeger was nowhere to be seen, while Avril also replaced her wedding ring and engagement ring for a Pearl Solitaire ring, which matched her pink dress perfectly.

The lack of Chad Kroeger and the wedding and engagement rings at the birthday celebrations saw the divorce rumours coming flooding out. Neither Avril or Chad have yet to address the rumours but, more often than not, when a split rumour like this emerges, it is not usually too long before the couple make it official. Watch this space!
