Cee Lo Green, who is currently judging on the reality TV show The Voice, performed a range of his hits at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards including ‘Forget You’ and ‘Bright Lights, Bigger City’. It was in between these two hits that the singer and his piano rose from the ground and turned upside down.
Cee Lo started off his performance by belting out the Gnarls Barkley hit 'Crazy'. Green recently released the track ‘Nasty’ which he duets on with fellow The Voice judge Christina Aguilera. It is rumoured the track was actually recorded a few years previous.
The 36 year old also stepped up to receive Viral Innovator of the Year Award. His track ‘F**K You’ became an immediate viral hit propelling Cee Lo to global stardom. The song was released on YouTube prior to the release of his debut solo album and received over 2 million plays in under a week.
