In a recent interview, this Dominican brunette, who is best known for being a co-presenter for the television broadcasting giant Univision, said that before she married her husband, their relationship didn’t start off smoothly.

Celines stated that she met her husband, Giancarlo Chersich, in 1998. His appearance and personality really captivated her, but nothing personal occurred between them two at that time—they kept it very professional. But in 2007, one of Celines' friends set her up on a blind date with no other than Giancarlo. Celines automatically knew who he was and agreed to the meet. She dressed up nicely and appeared on the date site, but Giancarlo never arrived.
After that incident, Celines erased his number from her cell phone and continued with life, but seven months after the mishap, she received a call from him. Giancarlo told her that he was in Israel and that a reverend had said that his life would be better if he were to be with a Latina. Mr. Chersich told Celines that she was the only Latin girl he had ever felt something special for. Mrs. Toribio still felt a little angry that he had stood her up, so she sort of ignored him and didn’t pick up his calls for many days, but one day she did. They finally met again after 9 years and he proposed soon after.

Currently, this Dominican beauty just finished producing a film by name of Maria Montez where she also participated in as the protagonist (it is scheduled to be released in March or May of this year.) It has been reported that after the release of this movie, Celines is planning on becoming pregnant for the very first time!
