The court has ruled that she has financial capacity and thus he will pay her 2000 soles per month for herself and her two sons and that he will be responsible for the maintenance of his eldest son who is studying at a university in Los Angeles.
In addition, he no longer has to pay the health insurance of his ex-wife.

The ruling has attracted the attention of fans and the entertainment community because he is a very busy actor having just starred in the television series "La Malquerida". Moreover, rumours are starting to emanate that the actor is involved with the stunningly beautiful actress/model Millet Figueroa and thus has many within the entertainment industry wondering if something more might be in the 'works' for the handsome actor.
