There are a lot of people who spend a lot of time taking care of their gardens and would consider themselves a bit of a landscape gardener. Celebrities also have hobbies, with some of them loving a bit of gardening and here, we take a look at some of the best celebrity gardens.
Writer and television presenter Clive Anderson has developed a love of gardening, with his North London garden boasting high, ivy-covered walls, flower borders and a tree-lined lawn. Clive says of it, "Gardening has just sort of grown on me. I find it therapeutic. And I like smelly things."
Broadcaster John Humphrys took his overgrown plot and turned into a beautiful looking greenery. John's garden includes borders filled with green foliage; a Photinia x fraseri 'Red Robin’ nestles up against Euonymus japonicus 'Microphyllus Pulchellus’ and the shining green leaves of a cherry, Prunus laurocerasus 'Otto Luyken’.
Actress Prunella Scales has a rather low-maintenance garden but it still looks great. Prunella has lived in her house for many years and the garden has changed over the years but now boast plenty of plants and trees, as well as a herb garden.
