James Bond actor Daniel Craig has revealed how he is not a big fan of doing too much working out. Daniel says that, while he does like to go to the gym every day, he does feel that some people can overdo it and find it difficult to chill out.
While talking to OK! Magazine, Craig explained, “I like going to the gym every day because I'm in physiotherapy every day. But when I go on [vacation], I eat and drink what I want. I just try and get normal because I think too much working out is bad for you.”
Meanwhile, “Daniel did admit that he is a little embarrassed by his sex symbol status, I don't know [what being a sex symbol means to me]! It's not like I go out there to be a sex symbol. I mean, it's nice of course - but embarrassing,” he added.
Daniel Craig is next expected to appear on the big screen in the George Clooney movie The Monuments Men, which also stars Cate Blanchett, Bill Murray and John Goodman and is set to be released on December 20, 2013 in the US and on December 26, 2013 in the UK.
