The DC Extended Universe is already absolutely huge, with so many characters involved that it is pretty much impossible to fit every single one of them into one big team up movie. With that said though, there are already a lot of big plans to continue to add more of our favourite comic book characters to the big screen, which seems to mean that some will be making way in the near future.
One of the new characters that we know is going to hit the big screen in the very near future, is that of Black Adam who is going to be played by Hollywood superstar Dwayne Johnson. We have heard a lot of rumours about when we can expect to see Dwayne making his debut as Black Adam on the big screen, and it seems that there is yet another rumour that is doing the rounds.
While it was originally expected that we would first get to see Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam in the Shazam! movie, that was then denied and it was claimed that bigger things were wanted for the character, with some claiming that he would actually get his own standalone film. Now though, it has been claimed that we will actually get to see Dwayne making his debut as Black Adam in a different DC movie.
While the Suicide Squad movie was slammed by fans and critics, it did make a lot of money, which means we will get a Suicide Squad sequel. Now it has been claimed that the team of villains will be hunting down a weapon of mass destruction in Suicide Squad 2, which just so happens to be Black Adam. For now though, this is all rumour and none of us actually know when we will get to first see Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam in the DCEU.
