Deadline reports that Kristen Stewart has booked her next gig in the Steven Shainberg directed ‘The Big Shoe’, which will also star Jim Sturgess and Elizabeth Banks. The director, Shainberg, also wrote the critically acclaimed ‘Secretary’, and the talent involved in this shows that the script is very strong.

The story is reportedly revolves around the character that Sturgess plays, who is a gifted shoe designer who ‘forced to break free from a family who wants to turn his designs into mass-produced knock-offs.’
The story’s main plot revolves around the family hiring a muse [played by Kristen Stewart] and a psychotherapist [played by Elizabeth Banks] to somehow lure him back to work. Shainberg has said that the film will be similar to ‘Secretary’ in that it will combine ‘eroticism and humor’ in the same way.

Elizabeth Banks in 'Zack and Miri Make a Porno'
This is a good choice for everyone involved – Elizabeth Banks has been playing for mainstream roles of late, and except for the Hunger Games and a producing gig with ‘Pitch Perfect’, she hasn’t really made any strong films. Kristen Stewart is desperately in need of a good role after the Twilight Saga has ended, and this [in addition to her other film ‘Focus’] will show that she can make a strong film with good actors without sleeping with the director. And of course, Jim Sturgess has always been an acclaimed actor in indie films, and this will just continue to build his resume and prevent him from being typecast.
